About these terms

Sujalam Sufalam Farmstay Resort runs the farmstay at Guhini Village, Vajeghar–Rajgad–Bhutonde Road, Near Rajgad Fort, Bhor, Pune 412212, Maharashtra, India. When you book with us, you agree to these terms on behalf of everyone in your booking.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.

Booking and payment

• Book by WhatsApp or by calling +91 94045 51944.
• Please book at least a week ahead for a farmstay, camping or day visit. Stargazing nights stay open until their seats are taken.
• Every booking is paid in full in advance. Your booking is confirmed once we’ve received the payment.
• The price confirmed when you book is the price you pay. Prices on this website can change for future bookings.

What the price includes

• Farmstay and camping: your bed for the night and four meals (lunch, high tea, dinner and the next day’s breakfast), priced per person.
• Day visit: the day on the farm with breakfast, lunch, and evening tea and snacks, priced per person.
• Stargazing night: your bed, high tea and snacks, dinner, breakfast, the sessions and a certificate, priced per booking. The bus from Pune is extra.
• Children under 5 stay free. Children from 5 to 10 (5 to 13 on a stargazing night) have their own rate.

Check-in and check-out

• Farmstay and camping: check in from 1:00 PM, check out by 10:30 AM.
• Day visit: from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Stargazing night: arrive by 5:00 PM, check out by 10:30 AM the next morning.

ID at check-in

Every adult guest must show a valid government photo ID at check-in. We can’t check in a guest without one.

House rules

• Pets are welcome. Tell us when you book.
• Alcohol and smoking are allowed only in designated areas, and not at all on a stargazing night.
• Outside food isn’t allowed.
• Drivers: ₹500 a night, which covers their meals and the shared washroom. We don’t have rooms for drivers.
• Please keep noise down at night, for the other guests and the farm.

Looking after yourself and the farm

This is a working countryside property, with open ground, uneven paths and a river below the farm. Please take care, especially after dark, and keep children with you.

You’re responsible for your belongings during your stay, and for any damage you or your group cause to the property.

Stargazing nights and the weather

Stargazing depends on a clear sky, which no one can promise. The schedule may change with the weather and the sky on the night.

Cancellations and refunds

If you need to cancel, the Cancellation & Refunds policy applies to every booking. In short:

• 10 or more days before your date: a full refund.
• 9 to 4 days before your date: half the amount you paid.
• 3 days or fewer before your date, or on the day: no refund.
• If we cancel your booking, for any reason: a full refund.

Our responsibility

We’ll always do our best to give you the stay you booked. If something outside our control, such as severe weather or an official order, stops us, we may need to change or cancel a booking. If we cancel, you get a full refund.
