At Sujalam Sufalam Farmstay Resort, a booking cancelled 10 or more days before its date gets a full refund, 9 to 4 days before gets half, and 3 days or fewer gets none. If we cancel, you get a full refund.
Who this applies to
This policy covers every booking: farmstay cottages, camping, day visits and stargazing nights.
If you cancel
Every booking is paid in full in advance. How much comes back depends on how far ahead you cancel:
- 10 or more days before your date: a full refund.
- 9 to 4 days before your date: half the amount you paid.
- 3 days or fewer before your date, or on the day: no refund.
If we cancel
If we have to cancel your booking, for any reason, you get a full refund.
How to cancel
Message us on WhatsApp or call +91 94045 51944, with the name and dates on the booking. The day we receive your message is the day that counts.
Want to change your dates instead of cancelling? Ask us first, and we’ll do our best to move your booking.
