Sujalam Sufalam Farmstay Resort runs this website and the farmstay at Guhini Village, Vajeghar–Rajgad–Bhutonde Road, Near Rajgad Fort, Bhor, Pune 412212, Maharashtra, India. When this policy says we, us or our, it means us.

What this website collects

Very little. The site has no forms, no accounts, no newsletter and no advertising trackers.

To see how many people visit and which pages they read, we use Vercel Web Analytics. It counts page views and records the page address, where the visit came from, the country, and the type of browser, device and operating system. It sets no cookies, does not follow you from site to site, and is not used to identify you.

Our hosting provider’s servers keep standard technical logs (such as IP addresses and the pages requested) to run the site and keep it secure, as every website does.

Cookies and the Google map

The site sets no cookies of its own. The one thing that can set cookies is the Google map on our contact page, which comes from Google and sets Google’s cookies.

So the map only loads if you say yes. The first time you visit, a banner asks; until you accept, the contact page shows a photograph in the map’s place. Your answer is kept in your own browser’s local storage, not in a cookie, and it never reaches us.

You can change your answer at any time with Cookie settings at the foot of every page. Saying no removes the map straight away, but it can’t delete cookies Google has already set. You can clear those in your browser’s settings.

What we receive when you contact or book with us

We take bookings and questions by WhatsApp, phone, email and Instagram. When you use them, we receive what you choose to send, which usually includes:

• your name and phone number or email address
• the dates, the stay and the number of guests you want to book
• any details you tell us about, such as children’s ages, a pet, or food preferences
• payment details your payment provider shares with us to confirm you’ve paid

At check-in

Every adult guest shows a valid government photo ID at check-in. We ask for it to confirm who is staying and to meet our legal obligations as a place that hosts guests overnight.

How we use your information

We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t use it for advertising.

• to answer your questions and arrange your booking
• to confirm payments and process refunds
• to look after you during your stay and keep the farm safe
• to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations

Who else sees it

We share information only when we have to: with the payment provider handling your payment, with the authorities where the law requires it, and with our team so they can host you.

Vercel hosts this website and provides its visit counts, so it handles the technical information described above on our behalf.

WhatsApp, Instagram, Google and your email provider have their own privacy policies, which apply when you use their services to reach us.

How long we keep it

We keep booking information only as long as we need it for your booking, our accounts and the law. After that we delete it.

Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we no longer need it. To do any of these, WhatsApp or call +91 94045 51944, or email info@sujalamsufalam.in.

Children

This website isn’t aimed at children, and bookings are made by adults. Information about children who stay with us comes from the adult who books.

If we change this policy, we’ll update it here and change the date at the top of the page.
